Gantt OnDemand Cloud is using Atlassian Connect API to communicate with your JIRA OnDemand instance. It gets any Issue-related data required to render charts but does not store any data locally on Vendor's infrastructure. The only exception are the Issue's start dates that you may want to setup using the plugin itself. Such dates are used only for chart rendering purposes and does not go back or interfere with JIRA instance in any way. They are kept on Vendor's servers for user convenience.
