Installing Slack Connector for LiveChat

- get notifications (configurable) when:
- new incoming chat appears for your group
- chat has been picked up by someone
- chat has been rated
- answer an incoming LiveChat chat without leaving Slack by creating a dedicated private channel to take on the conversation with the customer
- from LiveChat web client you can ask anyone on Slack for help:
- you may add a message to the person contacted
- you may cite a few last messages to give your teammate more context
- they can reply to you from Slack, it will be saved in the chat and visible to agents
- they can create a dedicated channel to keep conversation with you if it's a more complicated matter
