Installing Slack Connector for LiveChat

Features

  • get configurable notifications when:
    • new incoming chat appears for your group
    • chat has been picked up by someone from your group
    • chat has been rated
    • configuration options
  • answer an incoming LiveChat chat without leaving Slack by creating a dedicated private channel to take on the conversation with the customer
  • from LiveChat web client you can ask anyone on Slack for help:

    • you may add a message to the person contacted
    • you may cite a few last messages to give your teammate more context
    • they can reply to you from Slack, it will be saved in the chat and visible to agents
    • they can create a dedicated channel to keep conversation with you if it's a more complicated matter
