"Access token" is required to access Slack API on behalf of the user and we receive it during the "Connect with Slack" procedure. At least one JIRA user account must be linked with Slack in order to for Slack Connector to work. At this minimal configuration, the Add-on will be able to send notifications to Slack channels but no other features will be available to other JIRA users.
