Adding map dashboard widget

All issues with defined locations can be rendered on dashboard map to give you a quick overview of the situation in the field. This can be achieved by using add-on's "Issues on the map" Dashboard widget (Fig.1). By using JIRA filter you can preciselly define which issues you want to show on the this map (Fig.2) You can have as many widgets on the dashboard as you like, or even create separate dashboards just for maps (Fig.3).
