The first thing you want to do after opening chat widget is to connect to your Slack workspace in order to unlock all the features of the Slack Connector.

Connecting to Slack

  1. Open a chat in LiveChat.

  2. Open the right hand side chat widget with the Details section.

  3. Click on the Slack icon to show the Slack Connector interface.

  4. Click on Sign in with Slack button to begin the process.

  5. You will be redirected to a Slack where you can authorize our App by clicking on Confirm button.

  6. You will be brought back to Slack Connector interface where new options would appear.
